Customers and Partnerships

We are guided by the requirements of quality-conscious and cost-aware customers in the worldwide aluminium wire and semi-finished products market and target our potential, our energy and our resources specifically at meeting selected customer wishes. Together with customers and other partners, we eliminate waste and pointless procedures so that value creation within our processes can be increased. We determine our customers' expectations through regular customer contact and surveys, and we use customer feedback to make constant improvements. Our suppliers work in partnership with us and we ensure that they are fully aware of our requirements. We continuously monitor and assess their services, provide objective feedback and pay tribute to the best suppliers for their excellent services.

Process Orientation

Our main processes form the basis for our claim that we deal with every task properly and immediately. We focus constantly on improving our working methods. This is done by involving everyone necessary in the ongoing checking, assessing and improving of our activities. Operational excellence in all our processes is our ambitious objective.

Management and Staff

Our company principles provide the basis for our long-term objectives and focus. Our short-term behaviour is derived from our jointly developed Balanced Scorecard, the results of which we continuously improve through comparisons of target and actual performance. We regularly examine our status quo together and also learn from the best examples from other branches of industry. We share our knowledge with each other so that we can make constant improvements. We offer career prospects to secondary school graduates and equip them with qualifications in preparation for a professionally fulfilling life.
